Vineyard characteristics:

• Varieties: 60% Bobal, 40% Macabeo from dry land and goblet formation.
• Vineyard age: 35 and 40 years.
• Soil: Bobal on sandy soil. The macabeo is on limestone and marl.

• Manual harvest in boxes of 18 kg.
• Destemmed, crushed and direct pressing. Then it is aged with fine lees in stainless steel tanks for 5 months.
• Unclarified, unfiltered, no added sulfites.

• VIEW: pale red.
• SMELL: red fruits like cherry, sour apple, citrus like lemon or lime.
• TASTE: sweet entry, pleasant fruity and floral mid palate and long acid aftertaste.
