Vineyard characteristics:

• Varieties: 100% dryland Macabeo and goblet formation.
• Vineyard age: 40 years.
• Soil: Limestone and marl.

• Manual harvest in boxes of 18 kg.
• Destemmed, crushed and direct pressing. Then it is aged with fine lees in stainless steel tanks for 4 months.
• Unclarified, unfiltered, no added sulfites.

• VIEW: pale yellow.
• SMELL: anise notes like fennel, critical notes like grapefruit and lemon, white flowers and sour apple.
• TASTE: fresh and citrus attack, acid, fruity and round mid palate and long aftertaste with hints of citrus and bitterness.
